Application for the issuance of a license for the transport of goods and passengers in internal road traffic, licenses for auto taxi transport, licenses for special forms of transport in internal road traffic (renting a vehicle with a driver as a special form of transport), licenses for bus and freight stations, licenses for performing agency work activities as mediation activities during the hiring of transport capacities of carriers
Administrative fee:
Depending on the type of requested document, according to Tar. no. 15 of the Regulation on the Tariff of Administrative Fees ('Official Gazette' No. 156/22)
Transportation for own needs:
Request for issuing a certificate for the transportation of cargo and passengers for own needs.
Based on the Ordinance on licenses in road transport activities ('Official Gazette' no. 50/18):
On the basis of Article 13, paragraph 4 of the Ordinance, compensation for:
Issuance of a transport certificate for own needs in the amount of €66.36;
Based on Article 13, Paragraph 5 of the Rulebook, compensation for:
Issuing an extract from the Certificate of Transportation for own needs in the amount of €4.65 per vehicle.

An accessibility sign for marking a parking space for people with disabilities
Required documentation with the request:
Finding and opinion on disability or decision on disability (a person with 80% or more physical damage or 60% or more lower limb damage is eligible)
Photo of the applicant vel. 35 x 45 mm
Identification document (identity card, for inspection)
Administrative fee:
The administrative fee for issuing an accessibility sign is not paid

The Bjelovar-Bilogora County participated in the establishment of the Unified Digital Gateway accordingly Directive (EU) 2018/1724 of the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union on the establishment of a single digital gateway for access to information, procedures, support services and problem solving and on the amendment of Regulation (EU) no. 1024/2012, as well as Directive 2006/123/EC on services in the internal market.
With a unique digital gateway, Bjelovar-Bilogora County wants to provide access to all its services and information about rights, obligations and rules established in Union law and national legislation, which are applicable to users who exercise or intend to exercise their rights arising from Union law with regard to internal markets in the areas listed in Annex I of the Regulation.
